How your listing’s time works

No fine print. Here is everything that happens from the day you submit.

  1. Submit

    We review it

Free. A real person checks every listing, usually within one business day, and emails you when it’s published.

  2. Day 1 to 30 or 60

    Live, free

Your free time starts the day your listing is published, not the day you submit it. Time spent in review never counts.

  3. Final week

    We give you a heads-up

Emails go out 7, 3 and 1 day before it expires. You can renew any time in that week.

  4. Your call

    Renew, or let it rest

Renewing adds time on top of your current expiry, so renewing early loses nothing. Let it lapse and it’s hidden, not deleted — renew later and it comes straight back.

Want more reach?

Nobody needs this to list. It’s there if you want your listing seen first, and you add it per listing from your dashboard.

Straight answers

Still unsure? Ask us — a person will reply.

Is it really free to post?

Yes, in every category. Creating an account, writing your listing, adding photos and our review all cost nothing. You only pay if you choose to renew once the free time is up, or add an optional extra.

When does my free time start?

The day your listing is published, not the day you submit it. How long it runs free depends on the category: Practice For Sale, 60 days; Associates & Locums, 30 days; Pre-Owned Equipment, 30 days.

Will I ever be charged automatically?

No. There is no subscription and nothing renews on its own. Every renewal is a one-time payment that you choose to make.

What happens if I don’t renew?

Your listing is hidden from search, but nothing is deleted. Renew from your dashboard later and it comes straight back.

Do you take a cut when my practice sells?

No. Buyers contact you directly and you handle the sale yourself. There are no brokers and no commission.

How do I pay, and in what currency?

Renewals and extras are paid through PayPal from your dashboard. All prices are in Canadian dollars, plus applicable tax.
